How we work

Brewed & Beyond

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms explain use of this website and the basis on which we discuss travel planning. Your written proposal, booking confirmation and applicable supplier terms set out the details of any paid service or reservation.

Brewed & Beyond and Fora

Brewed & Beyond is Peter Davison’s bespoke travel strategy and experience concierge brand. Peter is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora, the host travel agency that supports applicable reservations and access to partner relationships.

Brewed & Beyond is not itself Fora or a hotel, airline, insurer or expedition operator. “Powered by Fora Travel” describes the host-agency affiliation; it does not mean every experience is operated or guaranteed by Fora. Your confirmation should identify the booking agency, contracting supplier and any applicable agency terms.

For information about the host agency, visit Fora’s official website. Applicable Fora booking terms will be provided for reservations made through Fora.

Enquiries and consultation bookings

Sending an enquiry, requesting private dates or booking a consultation does not reserve travel inventory or create a paid travel-planning agreement. A consultation reserves only the selected call time. Availability and itineraries may change until confirmed in writing.

Please provide accurate information and use an account and email address that belong to you. Do not impersonate others, misuse the booking system or attempt to access private information.

Scope, fees and compensation

The scope of work, any planning fee, currency, payment schedule and cancellation or refund arrangements must be agreed in writing before paid planning begins. Supplier deposits, taxes, service charges and cancellation conditions will be set out in the relevant quote or confirmation.

Eligible reservations may generate commission paid by travel suppliers through the host agency. Any separate planning or concierge fee is distinct from supplier charges and should be disclosed before you commit. A quote or signed agreement, rather than a general website statement, determines your particular charges.

Suppliers, rates and perks

Hotels, airlines, guides, transport providers and experience operators are responsible for delivering their own services under the applicable contract and law. Rates, routes, named hosts, accommodation, weather-dependent activities and access remain subject to confirmation and availability.

Fora amenities depend on the property, qualifying rate and programme. Upgrades, early check-in and late check-out are generally subject to availability; only amenities expressly confirmed for your reservation should be relied upon. Website descriptions are not guarantees of a particular rate, perk or outcome.

Changes, cancellation and travel disruption

Before paying, review the cancellation deadlines, non-refundable amounts and amendment rules for each service. Contact Peter promptly if you need to change or cancel. Refunds depend on the relevant agreement, supplier terms and mandatory law; no universal cancellation or refund rule is created by this website.

Weather, natural events, closures, transport disruption and other circumstances can affect a journey. Available remedies and responsibility depend on your booking terms and applicable law. Concierge support is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services where necessary.

Traveller responsibilities and adventure activities

You are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, entry requirements, health advice and travel advisories, and for giving suppliers accurate traveller details. Suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended, including cancellation, medical treatment, evacuation and cover for any planned adventure activities.

Surfing, off-road travel, mountaineering and heli-skiing involve inherent risks. Skills, fitness, equipment, guide qualifications and safety arrangements must be confirmed with the relevant operator before booking. A website description is not a safety certification or a substitute for an operator’s assessment.

Website content and privacy

Editorial articles, sample itineraries and historical travel notes are for general information; details may change. Do not copy or commercially reuse original website content without permission except where permitted by law. Links and embedded media belong to independent services and do not imply control over their content or policies.

Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Using the website or sending an enquiry is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Your legal rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No blanket waiver, mandatory arbitration provision or California governing-law clause is imposed here. The applicable law and forum depend on the parties, the booking agreement and mandatory law, not simply on a traveller’s location or our host-agency affiliation.

For questions or concerns, contact peter.davison@fora.travel. These terms may be updated for future website use; an existing booking remains subject to its agreed terms and applicable law.
